For immediate release:

Mangano Funeral Home of Deer Park, NY announced today that its offering a $10,000 reward for the safe return of a deceased from St. Charles Cemetery as well as information leading to arrest & conviction of the perpetrators.

Vice President Sal F. Mangano made the announcement after his personal shock and horror stemming from the details of the story that emerged early Tuesday morning. "As a funeral director, I'm confronted with death everyday. I believe not only in the significance of human life but also, the sanctity of the human soul. This crime is utterly deplorable and it demonstrates complete disregard for a life that was lived." stated Mangano. "It is my wish to see justice served upon the perpetrators but more importantly, peace of mind restored to this family who now must grieve again".

Mangano Funeral Home has also pledged its support to the family by offering services to re-entomb the deceased in the cemetery at no cost.

Mangano, a 4th generation Funeral Director, feels strongly about the heinous nature of this crime. He urges anyone with information to contact Suffolk County Police immediately at 631-845-8100 and goes on to say, "My only concern is that Mrs. Filipazzo be able to rest in peace and her family finds comfort as soon as possible".
