Constance A. Lowe of Baiting Hollow. Age 102. Beloved wife of the late William J. Lowe. Cherished mother to James (Ann) Lowe, Andrew (the late Anita) Lowe, William "BJ" (Pam) Lowe and the late John Lowe. Adored Grandmother to 7 and Great-grandmother to 1. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Constance's name to East End Hospice.
