Kay E. Ehrlich

July 10, 1938 — March 8, 2021

Kay E. Ehrlich of Marion, S.C., formally of Kings Park, N.Y., at age of 82. Devoted wife of the late Arnold Joseph Ehrlich and survived by brother, William Bayless. Cherished mother of Theodore Leffler (Jennifer), Roberta Leffler-Kluger(Marc),and Laura Denning (Kenneth). Beloved step-mother of Linda Albach (Jeffery), Arnold Joseph Ehrlich (Monica), and Karen Soria (Robert). Treasured grandmother of 4 grandchildren and 7 step-grandchildren. Dearest long time friend to Dew Symonds and Thurmond Davis.

Kay had a long career as a respected college professor teaching geology and geography. She enjoyed needlecraft and took enormous pleasure in creating gifts for family and friends. Kay was a past member of Mensa, an avid birder and a life master bridge player. Her beautiful life, passions and knowledge will always be remembered with heartfelt love.
