Linda Ann Ragusa

April 29, 1953 - May 1, 2021


Linda Ann Ragusa left the world peacefully on May 1, 2021. She was predeceased by her daughter, Allison Marie Ragusa; her parents, Emanuel and Josephine Cappello; and her nephew, Jonathan Cappello.


Linda’s childhood was spent in Garden City, NY with her three siblings Dorothy, Carole, and Robert. Shortly after college, Linda met and married Joseph Ragusa, to whom she was happily married for 43 years. They raised three children, Michael, Thomas and Allison, and spent time living in New York, Connecticut, Virginia, Florida, New Hampshire and South Africa.


Linda enjoyed playing golf with her husband and cooking meals for her loved ones. Linda was a valued friend at the Vanderbilt Country Club in Naples, Florida where she enjoyed mahjong and Pinot Grigio on the rocks. Linda created an oasis for her family on Spofford Lake in Chesterfield, New Hampshire complete with a beach, boating and kayaking.


Linda is survived by her husband, Joseph Ragusa; her two sons and their spouses, Michael Ragusa and Meghan Kelliher, Thomas and Jessica Ragusa; and her five grandchildren Addy, Connor, Cecelia, James and Adrian; her siblings and their spouses Robert and Claudia Cappello, Dorothy and Ray Agoglia, Carole and Thomas Purcell; and her many nieces and nephews.
