Tyler Joseph Phillips of Medford, NY at age 13. Loving son of Joseph E. Phillips and Desira (Terrmond) Mack. Treasured brother of Rebecca, Matthew, Krystal, and Micheal. Dearest Godson of his Godmothers Precious and Rebecca and Godfathers TJ and Anthony. Adored nephew of Steffanie Cambell.
Tyler loved to spend his time playing with his pets, Midnight and (the Late) Petey. Tyler was a huge fan of football and basketball, All American being one of his favorite TV shows. When he wasn't occupied with sports or playing outside, he liked to freestyle music and create new dance moves.
