Anna J. Bischoff, a beloved nurse, devoted wife, and cherished mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025, at the age of 89 in Dix Hills, New York. Born on September 12, 1936, in Brooklyn, New York, Anna’s life was marked by her deep compassion for others and her unwavering dedication to her family and community.

Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her professional life; she was a caregiver at heart, always available to lend a listening ear or a helping hand to those in need.
A defining joy in Anna’s life was her love for dancing, which is how she met her beloved spouse, Erwin. Together, they shared a passion that not only brought them together but also enriched their lives for decades. Their enduring love became a beautiful testament to living life fully and joyfully.
Anna was a dedicated mother to her sons, Robert (Victoria), Steven (Diana), and Frederick (Cinzia). She took immense pride in her family, fostering a warm and loving environment where laughter and joy flourished. She is also survived by her adored grandchildren, Max, Tori, and Toel, who inspired her with their vibrant energy and dreams.
Anna is preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Sophie, who instilled in her the values of kindness and empathy, and by her brother, the late Fred Krisch, along with his wife Eleanor. Although they have departed from this life, their spirits endure in the hearts of those who knew and loved them.
