Anna Mazarese

Anna Mazarese, passed away on June 24, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on March 24, 1936 in Benghazi, Libya.

Anna’s legacy is carried on by her daughter, Mary Ann Schiavo, her son, Joseph, and her treasured granddaughter, Theresa. She was preceded in death by her son Carmelo, her beloved daughter Maria, and her parents, Carmelo and Maria. 

A Mass in honor of Anna Mazarese will be held at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church, located at 125 Half Hollow Rd., Deer Park, NY 11729, on June 29, 2026, beginning at 11:15 a.m. Following the Mass, a mausoleum entombment will take place at Saint Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Ave, East Farmingdale, NY 11735.

Anna Mazarese’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. Her enduring love and legacy endure through those who continue to cherish her, and her life stands as a testament to the bonds of family, loyalty, and affection.
