Arline Cross, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026, in East Northport, NY, at the age of 86. Born on October 23, 1939, in Brooklyn, NY, Arline lived a life defined by love for her family, enduring friendship, and unwavering kindness to everyone she met.
Arline was the cherished daughter of Milton and Rose Slutchak, whose memories she held close throughout her life. Throughout her years, Arline’s life centered on her family. Arline’s boundless love extended to her daughters—Geraldine Havran (her husband Paul), Gail Liebold (her husband Charles), and Barbara Brucculeri (her husband Frank)—each of whom was the recipient of her nurturing care and gentle encouragement. Her legacy continues through her adored grandchildren: Anthony, Melissa (Sebastian), Ashley, and Daniella, each of whom brought her great pride and happiness. She is remembered fondly by her sister, Janette. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, the late Charles E. Cross, Jr.
