Ashley Grace Lewin

Ashley Grace Lewin, age 49, passed away at her home in Laurel, NY, on Sunday, February 21, 2016. She was born in Southampton to Deane D. Lewin and Dale (nee:Collins) Lewin on March 22, 1966. Ashley was a Naturopathic Physician and practiced in Riverhead, NY. She is survived by her loving partner Christopher G. Nelson, her cherished children Judah L. Nelson and Raven J. Janoski, beloved parents Deane D. Lewin and Dale (nee:Collins) Lewin, and dear brothers Todd R. and Kurt C. Lewin. A service in honor of Ashley will be held at a later date, location, time and dates will be announced. In memory of Ashley the family suggests donations to the Salvation Army of Riverhead or East End Hospice
