As a devoted wife to her husband the late, Heung Woo Lee, Boon created a nurturing home filled with warmth and laughter. Together, they created a strong family bond that has grown even deeper through the years. Boon was not only a loving spouse, but also a treasured mother to her three children: Grace (Jeffrey) Soohoo, Sanyol (Lisa) Lee, and Sanyol (Crystal) Lee. Her unwavering support and guidance shaped their lives profoundly, leaving a lasting impact on each of them.

Boon I. Lee's legacy extends beyond her children to her 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride.
