Carmel Lamont

Carmel Lamont, a beloved figure known for her kind and caring nature, passed away on February 27, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on April 29, 1941, in Bay Shore, NY, Carmel devoted her life to fostering love and connection within her family.

Carmel is survived by her cherished husband, William Lamont, Jr.; her two devoted sons, William Lamont and Bob Lamont; and three adoring grandchildren. Throughout her life, she embodied the values of compassion and warmth, creating memories that will be forever etched in the hearts of her loved ones. Her passion for spending quality time with her family was evident, and she relished every moment spent in their company.

Friends and family will gather to pay their respects and celebrate her life during a visitation scheduled for March 2, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home, located at 1701 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729. A Mass in her honor will be held on March 3, 2026, at 10:15 AM at Saint Joseph R.C.C, situated at 39 N. Carll Ave, Babylon, NY 11702, with the service concluding at 11:15 AM.
