Carmen L. Marino

Carmen L. Marino, a devoted mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025, in Riverhead, New York. Born on September 8, 1946, in Jackson Heights, New York, she lived a remarkable life characterized by her dedication and love for her family and her impactful career as an executive in the consumer plastic bags industry.

Carmen was cherished by her family and known for her endless support and encouragement. She is survived by her beloved sons, Christopher (Barbara) and Jason, who will carry her memory forward with love and gratitude. In addition to her sons, Carmen is also mourned by her brothers, Robert (Gina) and Felix, who shared many unforgettable moments with her.

Carmen was preceded in death by her loving husband, Anthony, and her parents, Felix and Jenny, whose values and teachings shaped the incredible woman she became. She also grieves the loss of her brother, Hector (Carmella), with whom she shared a special bond.

A visitation to honor Carmen will be held on October 16, 2025, at the Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home in Riverhead, New York. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and again later that evening from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. A prayer service will also take place at the funeral home starting at 7:00 PM.

Carmen L. Marino will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. She touched the lives of many and leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.
