Carolann Fortunato Caiazzo

Carolann Fortunato Caiazzo, born on March 3, 1941, in Brooklyn, NY, departed this life on January 4, 2026. A beloved mother and cherished grandmother, she was known for her kind and caring nature, traits that endeared her to family and friends alike.

Carolann graduated from high school and embraced life with warmth and compassion. Her legacy is beautifully reflected in the love she shared with her family. She is survived by her devoted children: Louis Caiazzo, Dena Sprankle, Vincent Caiazzo, and Anthony Caiazzo. Additionally, Carolann's heart was filled with love for her many grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and fulfillment.

Visitation services for Carolann will take place at Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729, on January 8, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and continue on January 9, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with an additional evening visitation from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass in her honor will be held at Saint Matthew, located at 35 North Service Rd, Dix Hills, NY 11746, on January 10, 2026, beginning at 9:45 AM.
