Catherine M. DeAngelis

Catherine M. DeAngelis, passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on May 3, 1958, in Queens, New York to her parents Francis and Lenore. Catherine filled her life with kindness and care, dedicating herself not only to her profession but also to her beloved family.

Catherine was a proud wife, mother, and grandmother, who particularly delighted in spending time with her grandchildren. Her life was marked by unwavering love and devotion to those around her. She embraced the role of caregiver with a warm heart, and her compassionate nature left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered.

Her professional journey as a medical assistant allowed her to touch the lives of many and demonstrate her commitment to the well-being of others. She will be remembered not only for her contributions in the medical field but also for the love and light she brought into the lives of her family.

Catherine is survived by her husband, Frederick DeAngelis, her son Freddy DeAngelis Jr. and his wife Jenna, her daughter Annemarie Goldberg and her husband Brian, and her son Christopher DeAngelis and his wife Jennifer. She is also survived by her seven devoted grandchildren. Each of her family members carries fond memories of her warmth and spirit.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 2-4:30 PM and 7-9:30 PM at Mangano Funeral Home, 1701 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY 11729. A mass will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Ss. Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church at 9:15 AM. Burial to follow immediately after at Saint Charles Cemetery, East Farmingdale, NY.
