Throughout his 71 years, Cesar was known for his strength, kindness, and unwavering commitment to those he loved. His passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of many who had the privilege of knowing him.

Cesar is survived by his cherished wife, Selsa, and his two devoted sons, Cesar and Carlos. They were a source of great joy and pride in his life and remain his enduring legacy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Reginaldo, and his mother, Maxima Liana, whose memories he honored throughout his life.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a visitation held in Cesar's memory on May 23, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home, located at 406 E Main St, Riverhead, NY 11901.
