Charles Ricottoni, a beloved husband, father, son, and brother, passed away on December 21, 2025, in West Islip, NY. Born on April 19, 1965, in Oceanside, NY, Charles was known for his dedication not only to his family but also to his career and his community. As the General Manager of Levittown Ford, he deeply loved his job and his co-workers, embodying a spirit of commitment that endeared him to many.
His proudest accomplishments were rooted in his deep adherence to traditional Italian family values. He cherished following family traditions and reveled in the warmth of being surrounded by his loved ones. Charles was a family man at heart, with his greatest joy derived from spending time with his wife, Chickie, and his children, Charlie and Nina, who were the center of his world. He often took pride in sharing special moments with them, internalizing the essence of togetherness.
Charles enjoyed a variety of hobbies, which included hunting, playing bocce, savoring tequila and wine, and barbecuing, activities that often brought family and friends together for memorable gatherings filled with laughter and love.
He is survived by his loving wife, Chickie Ricottoni; his children, Charlie (26) and Nina (23); his parents, Carmine and Lucille; as well as his brothers, Ricky Ricottoni and Robert Ricottoni. Charles leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and the importance of family bonds that will endure in the hearts of all who knew him.
Visitation services are scheduled at Mangano Family Funeral Home, located at 1701 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY. On December 27, 2025, visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, followed by another session on December 28, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. A Mass will be celebrated in his honor at St. Matthew RC Church, located at 35 North Service Road, Dix Hills, NY, on December 29, 2025, starting at 9:45 AM.
Charles Ricottoni's life was a testament to the value of family, tradition, and community. He will be deeply missed, yet his spirit will continue to inspire those who were privileged to know him.
