Cherished mother to James (Ann) Lowe, Andrew (the late Anita) Lowe, William "BJ" (Pam) Lowe and the late John Lowe. Adored Grandmother to 7 and Great-grandmother to 1. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Constance's name to East End Hospice.
