Cosmo R. Tomanelli

Cosmo R. Tomanelli passed away on September 8, 2026, at the age of 80.

Born on December 30, 1945, Cosmo lived a life marked by service and quiet dignity. He was an Army veteran who served from 1967 to 1969, and that chapter of his life stands as a meaningful part of his legacy. His service to his country will be remembered with gratitude and respect.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Monday, September 14, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and again from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Mangano Family Funeral Home, Inc., 1701 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729. A Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church, 125 Half Hollow Rd., Deer Park, NY 11729. Burial will follow at 12:00 p.m. at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Boulevard, Calverton, NY 11933-1031.
