Diane G. Lohlein

LOHLEIN, Diane Gilberte Quilichini, 87, passed peacefully Tuesday, March 7, 2017, after years battling Alzheimer’s. Born January 6, 1930 in Apach, France, she was a long-time resident of Deer Park, NY and Las Vegas NV. Loving wife of the late Charles, she is survived by her devoted son, Steven of Northport, NY (Joseph Schramm), a sister Giselle Quilichini Viscat (the late Andre), a niece Jacqueline Viscat Heymonet (Guy) and a nephew, Jean-Luc Viscat (Antionette) of France. She will be remembered as quiet, good-natured, an avid quilter and an expert seamstress. A funeral mass will celebrate her life at St. Philip Neri R.C. Church in Northport NY, 9:45 a.m., Saturday, March 11, 2017. Interment is private at a later date. Arrangements by Mangano Funeral Home, Deer Park, NY.
