McGOWAN - Dina Marie (nee Meittinis), of Dix Hills, NY on July 12, 2010 at the age of 40.Beloved wife of Steven. Devoted mother of Tyler and Natalie. Cherished daughter of Carol and the late Louis Meittinis. Granddaughter of Eleanor Kachites. Dear sister of Nick Meittinis (Stephanie) and Jim Meittinis (Linda). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dina taught Special Education for 15 years most recently at West Hollow Middle School. Reposing Wednesday 7:00-9:30 PM and Thursday 2:00-5:00 PM and 7:00-9:30 PM at Mangano Funeral Home, 1701 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park. Funeral Mass Friday 9:45 AM at St. Matthews, Dix Hills.
