Eileen Marie De Name

Eileen Marie De Name (Nee Chase), passed away at 70 years old on November 26, 2023, in Florida where she had retired. Eileen was born on December 24, 1952, in Brooklyn, New York.

Eileen was a loving and kind individual who touched the lives of those around her with her caring nature. She had a heart full of warmth and always put the needs of others before her own. Her selflessness and compassionate spirit were evident in every aspect of her life.

Eileen was a dedicated homemaker and took immense pride in creating a nurturing and loving environment for her family. Her home was always filled with love, laughter, and delicious homemade meals. Eileen's unwavering support and dedication to her family will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.

Her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of her loved ones. Eileen is survived by her devoted spouse Robert, their children Danielle Gogarty, and Craig De Name, her grandchildren Gabriella, Nicholas, and McKenzie, her older brother Gregory Chase, and her twin sister Colleen Comito. Eileen is pre deceased by her daughter Nicole and her parents William & Marie Chase.  

To honor Eileen's life and cherish the memories shared with her, a memorial visitation will be held on December 14th, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Park Ave in Deer Park, NY. Friends and family are invited to come together during this time to provide comfort and support to one another.

A Memorial Mass celebrating Eileen's life will take place on December 15th, 2023 at Saint John Nepomucene in Bohemia, NY. The Mass will commence at 11:15 am. It is a time for reflection and remembrance as we gather together to honor the beautiful life that Eileen lived.

Eileen Marie De Name will forever be remembered for her unwavering love, kindness, and care. Her memory will continue to be cherished by all those who were fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in eternal peace knowing that she made a difference in the lives of so many.
