Filomena L. Merollo

Filomena Merollo passed away at the age of 90 on September 25, 2026. Beloved mother to daughters Laura, Julie, Maria; son Francesco and grandmother to Thomas Joseph.

The youngest of 5 children, Filomena was born September 12, 1936, to William and Rose Lombardi from Woodside, NY.

Throughout her long and beautiful life, she was a source of love, strength, wisdom, and comfort to all who knew her. She cherished her family above all else and found her greatest joy in the time she spent with her children, grandchild and loved ones.

Filomena will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, gentle spirit, and the countless memories she created with those she loved. Although she will be deeply missed, her memory will live on through her family and all those fortunate enough to have known and loved her.

May Filomena rest peacefully, knowing how deeply she was loved and how greatly she will be missed.
