Florence Dolores "Peanut" Young of Gordon Heights, NY, age 80.

The life celebration of Florence Dolores Young will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 640 Middle Country Rd Middle Island, NY 11953.

For the health and safety of all, visitation hours will be available for an extended period of time from 10:00am until 6:00pm on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 to minimize the risk of the COVID19 pandemic and allow for social distancing.

The celebration of life service will be limited to immediate family and all other beloved family and friends are welcome to attend via Zoom from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

There will be a Burial procession leaving at 11:30am on Thursday, April 8, 2021 from Mangano Funeral Home. All in attendance except the immediate family will be asked to remain in their cars due to COVID 19 pandemic to allow for social distancing.

Masks are mandated without exception at all times.

There will be no repast.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made in her memory to the following charities:

-Gordon Heights Fire Department Scholarship Fund, Gordon Heights, NY.
-St. Mary AME Zion Building Fund (Tree Leaf) Gordon Heights, NY.
-Witness Project for Breast Cancer, Long Island, NY.
