Frances Manetta, a beloved homemaker cherished by all who knew her, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2026, in Deer Park, NY. Born on March 5, 1928, in Brooklyn, NY, Frances’s life was a testament to love, dedication, and the nurturing spirit that defined her every day.

Throughout her years, Frances' home was a sanctuary filled with kindness and care, where family flourished under her gentle touch. Those fortunate enough to be welcomed into her life were met with a heart that knew no bounds in generosity and affection.

Frances is lovingly remembered by her surviving children: Joanne, John, and Enricketta. She also leaves behind six cherished grandchildren, each carrying forward the legacy of love and strength she instilled in them. The family’s sorrow is profound, especially as they continue to hold close the memory of Valentino, her devoted spouse, who predeceased her.

The community will gather to honor Frances’s memory and celebrate her remarkable life with services held at the Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729, on June 19, 2026. Visitation hours will be from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Mass will follow at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church, 125 Half Hollow Rd., Deer Park, NY 11729, on June 20, beginning at 10:30 AM, concluding at 11:15 AM. Following mass will be a burial at Saint Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Ave., East Farmingdale, NY 11735.
