Gary Hubert Wolf, a cherished husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on January 23, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and dedication. Born on May 21, 1943, in Queens, NY, Gary's unwavering passion for aerospace engineering defined both his career and his approach to life. He pursued his education with vigor, earning a master's degree in engineering.

Married to the love of his life, Kathryn Wolf, for over 60 wonderful years, their relationship was a testament to enduring love. Together, they built a family filled with joy and laughter. His daughters, Jayne Silverblade and her husband Dean, Karen Wolf, and Nancy Wolf, were the lights of his life, and he took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness. Gary wholeheartedly embraced the role of a devoted grandfather to Ayla, Cassidy, and Richard, forging bonds that would last a lifetime.

A visitation to honor Gary will be held at Mangano Family Funeral Home, Inc. in Deer Park, NY, on January 30, 2026, from 2 PM to 4:30 PM and again from 7 PM to 9:30 PM. The following day, a service in his memory will take place at Community Presbyterian Church on January 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM, providing an opportunity for family and :friends to gather in remembrance of his extraordinary life.
