Gina Marie Gargano

Gina Marie Gargano, a beloved wife, mother, and dedicated professional, passed away on November 16, 2025, at the age of 55 in Manhasset, New York. Born on May 13, 1970, in Bayside, New York, to parents Philip and Barbara Baccarella, Gina's journey through life was marked by compassion, determination, and a profound commitment to her family and career.

Gina's academic accomplishments culminated in a Bachelor's degree, which laid the foundation for her successful career as a paralegal. Her work was characterized by an unwavering dedication to her clients and a meticulous attention to detail that earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues.

Family was always at the heart of Gina’s life. She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Gargano, and her cherished sons, Nicholas VonPodlesski, Vincent VonPodlesski, and Frankie Gargano. In addition, Gina leaves behind her brother, Philip Baccarella.

Visitation services will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Mangano Family Funeral Home in Deer Park from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and again that evening from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, there will be a gathering at Mangano Family Funeral Home in Deer Park from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM prior to the burial at St. Charles Cemetery at 1:00 PM.

As we gather to celebrate Gina’s life, we hold dear the memories she provided to all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy of love, strength, and dedication will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

On Wednesday, November 19th, the family wishes to extend their invitation to a repass at Verona Restaurant located at 1255 Melville Road in Farmingdale, NY. Repass hours are 2PM to 5PM.
