Giuseppe Pirrone, a beloved biochemist and cherished family man, was born on December 20, 1928, in Sicily, Italy to his parents Ignazio and Maria Pirrone. He departed this world on September 24, 2025, leaving behind a legacy kindness, intelligence and a deep love for his family.
Giuseppe tirelessly dedicated his life to the field of biochemistry. His passion for science was matched only by his resolute commitment to his family, who were his greatest pride.
He is survived by his devoted spouse, Maria Pirrone, who shared countless beautiful years filled with love and laughter with him. Their bond was a testament to the strength of companionship.
Giuseppe’s legacy continues through his daughters, Maria, married to Paul Bianchi, and Gisella, married to Michael Williams. Each of them carries forward the principles and love he instilled in them.
His grandchildren—Ryan, David, Chris, and Matthew—were especially dear to him. Giuseppe reveled in the joy they brought, nurturing their dreams and supporting them in every endeavor.
Though he is survived by his family, he is predeceased by his beloved parents, the late Ignazio and the late Maria. Their influence shaped the man Giuseppe became, fostering his curiosity and his warm-hearted nature.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Giuseppe’s life and legacy. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mangano Family Funeral Home, Inc., located at 1701 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY. A Mass honoring Giuseppe will be held the following day, Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 10:15 AM at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church, 125 Half Hollow Rd, Deer Park, NY.
