Jack Daniel Osojnak, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully in his hometown of Riverhead, New York, on November 7, 2025. Born on July 17, 1934, Jack dedicated his life to his craft as a talented lettering artist, leaving a lasting impact through his art and creativity.
Jack's roots in Riverhead ran deep, where he began his journey and later established a family that he cherished. He is survived by his devoted wife, Frances, who stood by his side through the years, sharing in both the joys and challenges of life. Together, they nurtured a loving family that grew to encompass their sons: Daniel (Veronica), Steven (Marion), Darryl, and David. Jack was not only a father but also a guiding light and source of inspiration for his children.
In addition to his immediate family, Jack found immense joy in being a grandfather to his grandchildren: Lauren, Dominic, Stevie, Michelle, Thomas, and Joseph. His legacy of love and creativity will undoubtedly continue to thrive through them, as they carry forward his zest for life and art.
The family invites all who knew Jack to join them in celebrating his life and contributions. Visitation services will be held at Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home, located at 406 E Main St, Riverhead, NY, on November 14, 2025. Friends and family can pay their respects from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and again from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Jack Daniel Osojnak will be remembered not only for his artistic talent but also for his unwavering devotion to his family and community. His warm spirit and creative touch will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
