Janette Lee

Janette Lee, a beacon of love and warmth, departed this world on July 20, 2025, at the age of 72. Born on April 23, 1953, in Brooklyn, NY, Janette filled the lives of those around her with kindness, laughter, and an unmatched spirit. A devoted mother and cherished sister, she leaves behind a legacy of love that will resonate for generations.

Janette is survived by her daughter Kristen and her husband Matthew Collica, and her son Brian and his wife Dawn Lee. In addition to her children, she is adored by her granddaughter Autumn, who brought immeasurable joy to her life. Janette’s family was her pride and joy; her love for them was the light that guided her through life's passages.

Her sister, Patrice Nocella, holds a special place in her heart, sharing countless memories and a bond defined by unwavering support and love. Together, they navigated life’s joys and challenges, creating a tapestry of sisterhood that will endure.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Janette's life with visitation services on July 24, 2025, at the Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and again from 7:00 PM until 9:30 PM. A Mass in her honor will follow on July 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Church in Hicksville, NY, with burial immediately thereafter at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury.

Though her physical presence will be deeply missed, Janette's spirit will live on in the hearts of those she loved and those who loved her. Her remarkable life was a testament to the power of love and family, leaving an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her. Rest in peace, dear Janette.
