Jeanne Marie DeDomenico, a loving and devoted mother, passed away on January 16, 2024, in Babylon, NY. She was born on December 23, 1959, in Mineola, NY. Jeanne leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and care that will be remembered by all who knew her.
With her warm and nurturing personality, Jeanne was cherished by her family and friends. She dedicated herself to being a wonderful mother and took great pride in raising her children. Her proudest accomplishments were undoubtedly her three children: Michael (Jessica), Christopher, and Trisha (Nicholas Carra). Jeanne's dedication to their well-being knew no bounds, as she worked tirelessly to provide them with love, support, and guidance throughout their lives.
Aside from being a devoted mother, Jeanne was also a beloved grandmother of Cole DeDomenico. Jeanne is also survived by her siblings; Michael Barnikel, Kevin Barnikel, Janice Barnikel, and Susan Jacobus. She touched the lives of many others through her acts of kindness. Her selflessness knew no bounds as she always offered a helping hand to those in need. Whether it was lending an ear or extending a comforting embrace, Jeanne had an innate ability to make those around her feel seen and loved.
Jeanne valued the importance of education and completed her high school education with great determination. Although she faced various challenges along the way, she never let anything deter her from achieving her goals.
To honor the memory of Jeanne Marie DeDomenico's life well-lived, friends and family are invited to attend visitation services at Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Park Avenue in Deer Park, NY. The visitation events will take place on January 19th, 2024. The first session will begin at 2:00 PM and end at 4:30 PM. The second session will start at 7:00 PM and conclude at 9:30 PM. Words of remembrance will be held in the funeral home at 8:00PM.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Michael (Jessica), Christopher, and Trisha (Nicholas Carra), who adored their mother unconditionally. Jeanne leaves behind cherished memories with her surviving family and friends.
