Joel Seidner

Joel Seidner, a beloved member of the community and a dedicated accountant, has passed away on December 1, 2023. Born on September 15, 1945, in Brooklyn, NY, Joel lived a fulfilling life that touched the hearts of many.

After receiving his Bachelor's degree, Joel embarked on a successful career as a self-employed accountant. His dedication to his profession was evident in the meticulous attention he gave to his clients' financial affairs. Joel's passion for numbers and his unwavering commitment made him a trusted and respected figure in the industry.

Outside of work, Joel cherished the time spent with his loved ones. His devotion to his family was unparalleled. He is survived by his loving wife, Sherry Ann Thompson-Seidner, who brought immeasurable joy into his life. Together, they built a strong bond filled with love, laughter, and shared memories.  Joel also shared a special relationship with Jackie Thompson, his step-daughter. Their connection extended beyond family ties; it was built on mutual support and understanding. Jackie was always welcomed into Joel's heart with open arms.

Friends and family will gather to honor Joel's memory on December 11, 2023. The services will be held at Saint Frances Cabrini RC Church located at 134 Middle Country Rd., Coram, NY 11727. The event will commence at 10:30 AM and conclude at 11:30 AM.

Joel Seidner's departure leaves an irreplaceable void in the lives of all who knew him. Although he may no longer be physically present, his spirit and the impact he had on others will forever remain. Joel's legacy of kindness, perseverance, and dedication will serve as an inspiration for generations to come.  In this time of grief, let us remember Joel fondly and cherish the memories we shared with him. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his loved ones find solace in the beautiful life he led.
