Judith A. Blake of Riverhead died Jan. 11, 2019 at the Kanas Center for Hospice Care. She was 74 years old.
Born in New Britain, Connecticut on Dec. 7, 1944, she was the daughter of Ralph and Elizabeth (Blackmore) Venegas.
She is survived by her husband Ronald, her children Jeff (Barbara) Blake, Deborah (Vincent) Frasca and Lauren (Christopher) Hatch, her grandchildren, Megan, Sara, Courtney, Bryan, Leah, Camryn and Nicholas, and her sister Susan George.
