Juergen A. Jaenicke

Juergen A. Jaenicke passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 90. He was born on February 28, 1936, in Berlin, Germany to his parents Otto and Erika Jaenicke. 

During his working life, Mr. Jaenicke was a printer for CWA. His life reflected dedication to his work and to those closest to him.

Juergen was predeceased by his wife, Brigitte Jaenicke (2022), and predeceased by his son, Thomas Jaenicke. He is survived by his sons, Peter Jaenicke and his wife, Jean, and Steven Jaenicke and his wife, Laura. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Christine, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Karina, and Amanda, as well as three great-grandchildren. He will be remembered with love by his family and by all who knew him.

A funeral service will be held on September 4, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Ascension Lutheran Church, Bay Shore Rd, Deer Park, NY 11729. Family and friends who wish to attend are asked to meet directly at the church by 9:45 AM. Burial will follow on September 4, 2026, at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Liberty Ave., Port Jefferson, NY 11777.
