Julius Eugene Bostic was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and a dedicated inspector for the United States Postal Inspection Service. Julius passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025, at the age of 94. Born on June 10, 1931, in Bennettsville, South Carolina. Julius was known for his kind nature and his natural ability to make people laugh. He leaves behind a legacy of compassion and strength that will be remembered by those who knew him.
Julius is predeceased by his wife, Frances J. Bostic, with whom he was married for over 65 years, as well as his son Julius Bostic Jr. Julius is survived by his loving daughters, Katherine (Keith Eric Monroe), Diane Bostic, and Judy Bostic. His grandchildren, Keith Eric Monroe Jr. (Fiorella Monroe), Jacqueline Frances Monroe, and Brandon Eugene Malm, along with his great-granddaughter, Alyssa Jane Monroe.
Visitation services will be held at Mangano Family Funeral Home, Inc., located at 1701 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on November 13, 2025, from 2:00 - 4:00 PM and 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Additional visitation will take place on November 14, 2025, from 10:00 - 11:30 AM, followed by a Prayer Service beginning at 11:30 AM.
Julius E. Bostic's remarkable life will be celebrated by all who have had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, a testament to a life well lived.
