Julius E. Bostic, a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and a dedicated investigator for the United States Postal Inspection Service. Julius passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025, at the age of 94. Born on June 10, 1931, in Bennettsville, South Carolina. Julius was known for his kind and caring nature, characteristics that endeared him to all who were fortunate enough to cross his path.
Throughout his distinguished career, Julius was known not only for his professional accomplishments but also for the love and devotion he showed to his family. He leaves behind a legacy of compassion and strength that will be remembered by those who knew him.
Julius is predeceased by his wife, Frances J. Bostic, with whom he was married for over 65 years, as well as his son Julius Bostic, Jr. Julius is survived by his loving daughters, Katherine (Keith E. Monroe), Diane Bostic, and Judy Bostic. His grandchildren, Keith Monroe, Jr. (Fiorella Monroe), Jacqueline F. Monroe, and Brandon E. Malm, along with his great-granddaughter, Alyssa J. Monroe.
Visitation services will be held at Mangano Family Funeral Home, Inc., located at 1701 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects on November 13, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Additionally, visitation will take place on November 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by a Prayer Service beginning at 11:30 AM.
Julius E. Bostic's remarkable life will be celebrated by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, a testament to a life well lived.
