Kevin Fountaine

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Kevin Fountaine, who left us on May 5, 2025, in Patchogue, New York, at the age of 64. Born on May 16, 1960, in East Patchogue, New York, Kevin lived a life filled with love, dedication, and a deep commitment to his family and community.

Kevin was a beloved father, who took great pride in his children, Kevin Fountaine, Jr., Latoya Fountaine, and Latasha Fountaine. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren: Marcel, Malysia, Ariana, Anthony, and Naimae, who brought joy to his life and who will carry forward his memory. Kevin was also a supportive brother, remembered fondly by his brothers Conrad and Tracey Fountaine, as well as his sisters, Brenda Fountaine, Crystal Jackson, and Judith F. Clarke. The bond he shared with his family was a testament to his nurturing spirit and commitment to family unity.

He was preceded in death by his wife, the late Daisy Lee Fountaine, whose love and companionship enriched his life. Kevin was also the loving son of the late Santoria and Ruth Fountaine, who instilled in him the values of kindness and resilience that defined his character.

As we celebrate Kevin’s life, we remember a man who always prioritized those he loved. His laughter, wisdom, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
