A visitation in remembrance of Lewis A. Welsh will take place on October 29, 2023, at the Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home located at 406 E Main St, Riverhead, NY 11901, United States. The visitation will begin at 2:00 PM and conclude at 5:00 PM.  Burial will take place at Calverton National Cemetery on Monday, October 30, 2023.
