Lillian C. Grossman, age 93, of Riverhead, passed away on February 20, 2016 at Riverhead Care Center. She was born on Easter Sunday, April 16, 1922, to William Sweeney and Ethel (nee: Bierds) in Brooklyn, NY. Lillian worked for PanAm Airlines at JFK Airport as a secretary. She is survived by her loving daughter Patricia (Tom) Melodia, devoted grandmother of Toniann, John (Donna), Thomas (Christy), and great grandmother of Lauren, Jessica, Michael, Joseph and Tayler. A mass will be on Thursday, February 25, 9:30 am, at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, in Riverhead.
