Michelle J. Horn

Michelle J. Horn, beloved daughter, sister, fiancé, and friend, passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 32.

Michelle was born on January 4, 1992, in Smithtown, NY to parents Kenneth Herlich and Jacqueline Horn. She brought joy and happiness to all who knew her from the moment she entered this world. Michelle's vibrant spirit illuminated every room she walked into and touched the lives of countless individuals.

Michelle's love for her family was evident in her unbreakable bond with her sister Jaclyn Horn and her deep-rooted connection with her grandmother June Horn. Michelle is also cherished by her dear cousin Christopher Horn. They shared countless memories filled with laughter, love, and adventure. Michelle cherished these relationships dearly and held them close to her heart. 

In Guillermo Torres, Michelle found not only a partner but also a soulmate. Their love radiated with warmth and tenderness.  Michelle touched the lives of many friends who became family along the journey of life. She leaves behind cherished memories that will be treasured by all those fortunate enough to have known her.

To honor Michelle's memory and celebrate her remarkable life, visitation services will be held at Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home on January 28th from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM followed by another visitation from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Friends and loved ones are invited to pay their final respects and share stories of joy, love, and laughter.  Burial will take place at All Faiths Cemetery, 67-29 Metropolitan Ave., Middle Village, NY on January 29th, 2024. Those who wish to attend the burial are asked to meet at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. It is a time for all those whose lives Michelle touched to come together one last time and say their heartfelt goodbyes.
