It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to a remarkable soul who touched the lives of many. Patricia Ann DeMartino, (Patti) born on April 6, 1934, in Greenville, Maine, peacefully passed away on May 8, 2024, at Long Island Veterans Home.

Patricia proudly served her country as a Veteran, embodying honor and dedication throughout her service. Her commitment to her country was just one reflection of her strong and resilient character.

She is survived by her loving family and friends. Patricia was the devoted wife of the late Charles DeMartino, their bond a testament to enduring love and partnership. She was also a cherished mother to Lynn DeMartino and Trisha (Frank) Ventimiglia. The love she shared with her daughters was a source of light and warmth in their lives.

Patricia's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her strength, kindness, and unwavering spirit leave an indelible mark on those who were fortunate enough to be part of her life's journey.
