Paul DellaUniversita

Paul DellaUniversita, a loving husband, adored father, grandfather, and respected member of the North Babylon community passed away on May 20th, 2023. He was born in Manhattan on January 13th, 1948 to Guiseppe Paul DellaUniversita and Antoinette DeVivo whom he loved and cherished throughout his life.

Paul was known for his generosity and always gave good advice. He was a provider who worked hard to make sure his family had everything they needed. When he wasn't working, he enjoyed playing poker with friends and spending time with his family whom he loved deeply.

Paul is survived by his wife of many years, Frances DellaUniversita, his sons Michael (Brittany), and  Paul (Patty), grandchildren Justin, Eriq, Aria, Santino, and Siena as well as his brother Joseph. His memory will be treasured by all who knew him.

The family will receive guests at the Deer Park- Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Pk Ave in Deer Park on May 22nd from 7 PM - 9 PM and May 23rd from 2 PM - 4 PM and again from 7 PM - 9 PM. A Mass will take place at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church located at 125 Half Hollow Rd in Deer Park at 10:15 AM on May 24th followed by burial at Pinelawn Memorial Park located at 2030 Wellwood Ave in Farmingdale.

We remember Paul for his kind heart, warm smile, and unwavering commitment to those he loved. Though our hearts are heavy with grief during this time of loss, we find comfort knowing that Paul's legacy will live on through the memories we share with each other. Rest in peace Paul DellaUniversita.
