Born on November 17, 1942, in Floral Park, New York, Paul lived a life marked by service, family, and an unwavering commitment to his community.
Paul had a distinguished career as a Labor Technician for the Suffolk County Department of Labor in Hauppauge, NY. His expertise in labor relations and steadfast dedication contributed significantly to the well-being of the workforce in his region. Beyond his professional achievements, Paul was a proud veteran who served in the Air Force from 1960 to 1964, embodying the spirit of duty and honor.
Education was essential to Paul, as he earned an Associates Degree, which laid the foundation for his successful career and personal growth. His thirst for knowledge and personal development reflected his belief in the importance of education.
Family was at the core of Paul's life. He is survived by his loving spouse, Louise (Petrone) Doepp, and their children: Kenneth (Wendy), Kevin (Debra), Keith (Sarah), and daughter Kristen (Naim) Walcott. He also leaves behind eleven adoring grandchildren: Kyle, Jessica, Zachary, Madeline, Lily, Julia, Jada, Caleb, Christian, Preston, and Maggie. Paul’s legacy will continue through the lives he touched and the love he shared with his family.
Visitation services will be held at the Mangano Family Funeral Home of Middle Island, located at 640 Middle Country Rd, Middle Island, NY. The first visitation is scheduled for July 31, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, followed by a second visitation on the same day from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. A Prayer Service will be conducted on August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM, concluding at 11:00 AM.
