Rae M. Pirretti

Rae M. Pirretti passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 86. Born in Jamaica, Queens on February 8, 1940 to her parents Pietro and Edith Vitale. 

Rae will be remembered with love by those who knew her and by the family she held so dear. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Joe Pirretti, and with her daughter, Suzanne Pirretti, whose memories remained an enduring part of her life.

She leaves behind a loving family who will continue to carry her memory forward: her son, Joe Pirretti; her daughter-in-law, Caryn Pirretti; her grandson, Joseph Pirretti; her granddaughter, Nicole Greene; her grandson, Brendan Greene; and her great-grandson, CJ Greene. Together, they were a cherished family circle and a lasting source of pride and love in Rae’s life. Rae was also a Beloved aunt and friend to many. She was a very proud grandmother and great grandmother. May they find comfort in one another and in the many memories they shared with her. 

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Mangano Family Funeral Home, Inc., 1701 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729. A prayer service will be held that evening at 7:30 PM at the funeral home. Closing prayers will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Mangano Family Funeral Home, Inc., followed by burial at Saint Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Ave, East Farmingdale, NY 11735.

Rae M. Pirretti’s life will be remembered with tenderness, and her place in the hearts of her family will remain forever.
