Richard D. Walters passed away on January 20, 2018 at the age of 83. Beloved husband to Edith (Nee:Spang). Loving father to Monika Walters and Dietra (Paul) Achenbach. Cherished grandfather to Paul and Devin. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4:30 & 7-9:30pm.
Family will be gathering at Mangano Funeral Home on Thursday at 11:45am. The procession will follow to Long Island National Cemetery for funeral with Military honors
