Rosalee pursued higher education and attained her Bachelor's degree, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and excellence in her field. Rosalee's passion for nursing shone brightly throughout her tenure at the correctional facility, where she tirelessly cared for those in need. Her impact on the lives of her patients and colleagues will always be remembered and cherished.
In times of sorrow, Rosalee will be deeply missed by her surviving family and friends. Among them are daughter Natalie Thomas, Stella Woodly-Holmes (sister), Jamal Thomas (grandson), Donnell Woodly (brother), and Betty Woodly (sister). Their love and fond memories of Rosalee will forever hold her close in their hearts.
Rosalee is preceded in death by her beloved husband Silvan Watson and daughter Beverly Watson. Although she has departed from this world, the legacy of compassion and kindness that Rosalee leaves behind will continue to inspire all those who knew her.
