West Islip, New York

Stephen P. Cipparulo, born on April 7, 1970, in Brooklyn, New York, passed away on February 1, 2026, in Melville, New York. Stephen’s remarkable life was dedicated to his family and friends.

Stephen was a beloved husband to Rose Lyn, and together they shared a loving partnership for over thirty years. He was a devoted father to his son Stephen (Brenda). He was a cherished son to Michael and Rosemarie, and a caring brother to Michael (Bridget), who holds dear the memories made together throughout their lives. He too was an embracing uncle to Michael (Amanda), and Anthony (Melanie), and a great uncle to Ava. Stephen embraced his extended family with warmth and affection, including his father and mother-in-law, Greg and Marie Nicharino, and his brother-in-law, Michael Nicharino.

Stephen was known for his vibrant personality, always laughing and bringing joy to those around him. He was the protector of his family and would go above and beyond to help anyone in need, embodying the true spirit of generosity. His passion for working on cars with his brother Michael was matched only by his love for cooking, where he expressed his creativity and care through food that brought friends and family together. A dedicated fan of the New York Mets, Stephen's enthusiasm for the team was part of what made him an engaging companion during ball games and gatherings. He found solace and joy in the warm beaches of Florida and enjoyed the warm weather and sunshine. Stephen is predeceased by his beloved pitbull, Riley.
