Susan Warner

Susan Warner, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2025, in Riverhead, NY, at the age of 79. Born on January 1, 1946, in Bay Shore, NY, she lived a life rich with love and purpose.

Susan was well-regarded in her professional life as a banker with the Riverhead Savings Bank, where she dedicated herself diligently to her career. Her contributions at the bank earned her the respect of her colleagues and the community she served.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Richard Warner, who shared many cherished moments with her throughout their life together. Their son, Jay Warner, continues the family legacy, along with his two sons, Mitchell and Michael, who brought immense joy and pride into Susan’s life as a grandmother. Susan's family was her foremost treasure, and she devoted herself to nurturing and supporting them. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Bruno and Mary Danglemaier.

A Memorial Gathering to honor Susan's life will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home, located at 406 E Main St, Riverhead, NY, 11901.

Susan Warner will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her dedication to her career, and the warmth she brought to every interaction. She leaves behind a loving family and a community that will miss her dearly.
