Warren R. Savage

Warren R. Savage passed away on October 12, 2026, in Riverhead, New York. He was born on January 27, 1949, in Floral Park, New York.

Warren will be remembered with love by those who knew him and by the family who held an important place in his life. He Was a Retired Lieutenant with the Suffolk County Police Department. He is survived by Ellen Donnelly SCPD retired, started as partners in work ended as partners for life, his daughter, Meredith (Mark) Gajowski, and his son, Warren Savage. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Christopher, Jonathan, Mark III, Max, and Morgan, he is also survived by his brothers Herbert (Christine) and Wayne (Sandra), who carry forward his memory in the generations that follow him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Charlotte Savage. Their memory remained a lasting part of his story, and he now rests once more in their company.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance during visitation on October 14, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and again from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home, 406 E Main St, Riverhead, New York. A prayer service will be held there on October 14 from 8:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Closing prayers will take place on October 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home, followed by entombment at Saint Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Ave, East Farmingdale, New York, at 12:00 p.m.

As his family and friends mourn his passing, they also honor the life of Warren R. Savage with gratitude, remembrance, and enduring affection. His memory will remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
